Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Exovo Car Wash, operated by PremPushp Services Pvt. Ltd. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Exovo Car Wash provides car wash, detailing, and value-added services at our Noida facility, as well as optional add-on services such as pickup & drop (if applicable).
All appointments are subject to availability.

2. Payments

  • All payments must be made before service begins.

  • We accept online payments, UPI, cards, and other methods supported on our website or POS machines.

  • Once payment is completed, it is final and non-refundable, except in cases where Exovo Car Wash is unable to deliver the booked service due to operational issues.

3. No Refund Policy

By availing our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

  • Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction with the outcome of a wash or cleaning unless the issue falls within our service guarantee (see Section 4).

  • In case of genuine operational failure from our side, we may offer:

    • A complimentary re-wash

    • A service credit (at our discretion)

Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided.

4. Service Quality & Raising Concerns

We aim to provide a high level of service, but results depend on the condition and age of the vehicle.

To ensure your satisfaction:

  • Customers must inspect their vehicle immediately after the wash.

  • If you are not satisfied or notice an issue, inform our staff before leaving the premises.

  • Concerns raised after the vehicle has left the car wash location cannot be accepted.

We will make reasonable efforts to address valid issues immediately, including a re-wash if required.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Remove valuables or personal belongings before handing over the vehicle.

  • Inform staff about pre-existing damages, loose parts, sensor issues, modified equipment, or sensitive accessories.

  • Ensure that windows, sunroofs, and doors are properly shut.

Exovo Car Wash will not be responsible for loss or damage arising from customer negligence.

6. Vehicle Damage Disclaimer

While we take great care, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing dents, scratches, or paint damage

  • Water seepage due to faulty rubber linings or seals

  • Damage to aftermarket accessories

  • Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to the wash process

Any damage claims must be reported before leaving the facility.

7. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)

Subscription or membership plans:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Have validity as displayed at the time of purchase

  • Are non-refundable

  • Cannot be paused or extended unless explicitly stated

8. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Bookings may be rescheduled based on availability.

  • Cancellations within the valid service window will not receive a refund.

  • If you do not show up for your booking time, the service may be marked as utilized.

9. Changes to Terms

Exovo Car Wash reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
